Bathroom mats are thinner than rugs. As bath rugs are often used as decorative elements, they are not very absorbent. However, they are bigger and make the space look beautiful. You could place two or three bathroom mats inside the bathroom and a big, bathroom rug outside the door.
How to Wash Bath Mats?
There is no such special procedure to wash bathroom mats. Try to use a mild detergent while washing bathroom mats. It will make the material last longer. If you are in no hurry, tumble the bathroom mat in open sunlight. If you are putting it in a dryer, make sure that it is on the lowest setting. Next time, you step out of the shower, if you see that your bathroom mat is dirty, throw it in for a wash. Give it the care it deserves!
